Propagation filibuster
It is the time required for $.25 to reach its destination from the start point. A propagation delay depends on the altitude and propagation speed.

We have a single wire around 5000km i.eastward. 5 * 106 meters. So the propagation filibuster can be calculated equally: 5 * 106 / ii * 108 = 0.25 milliseconds.

Consider an optical fibre network where data needs to be carried forth a distance of 2.1 km.
